Citrus County Sub-Group, anyone?

Local member Betsy Iadarola writes, "I am hoping that there are enough of us in Citrus County who are interested in starting an area sub-group. If you are unable or unavailable to travel to Gainesville for meetings, perhaps we can get together at a mutually agreed location in Citrus County. I will be willing to coordinate getting a group together, and let's see where we go from there."

We ask each attendee to come prepared to discuss:
If you could have lunch with five now deceased characters from world history, who would they be and why?.

Interesting thought, isn't it? Think of the insight we will gain about our fellow members. Certainly we will all walk away with our curiosity primed to check out a historical personage formerly overlooked. Afterwards, interested members will adjourn to a local restaurant.

Directions: Located at the end of San Marino Drive. You will see the country club on your left. (Very obvious.) The meeting room is in the far building, side entry.

From Rt 441, in the heart of Lady Lake,
  • Turn left at the stoplight onto Rt 466
  • Go west about 4 miles.
  • Turn right on Morse Blvd.
  • Go through the manned gate. Just tell security you are going to Tierra Del Sol
  • Turn left at the third street (San Marino Dr.)

  • Turn right at the light in Oxford onto CR 466
  • Go east about 3 miles
  • At the stoplight, turn left on Morse Blvd.
  • Go through the manned gate. Just tell security you are going to Tierra Del Sol
  • Turn left at the third street (San Marino Dr.)
 From Hwy 27/441 north of the The Villages
  • Turn right at the stoplight for Paige Place (two stoplights before the big overhead bridge that crosses the highway)
  • At the first traffic circle go straight and the road turns into Morse Blvd.
  • There is a manned gate. Tell security you are going to Tierra Del Sol.
  • Continue about 1 1/2 miles through the one and only stop sign.
  • At the next intersection turn right (San Marino Dr.)
